About Clo

After learning the art of patisserie and chocolate making, Clotilde Rambaud mastered her craft in Joel Robuchon's two Michelin Starred restaurant La Table de Joel Robuchon in Paris.

Her career led her to Sligo where a successful bakery was opened, followed by luxurious, handmade chocolates in the form of Clo.  Bars, gift boxes and seasonal gifts are available via Clo's online store.

'Over the past 10 years Clo has developed her range of chocolates and combined this knowledge with Fresh Local Sligo Produce reflected in the flavour of her unique blend. Not surprising this has won her many awards for her ranges where she won Gold in 2020 for her Boozy Truffles and in 2021, Clo won Gold for her Whiskey experience linking up with another great local producer in distilled whiskey Athru'.
