A private tours of the 'Kelly Oysters' farm is a unique experience for any oyster afficionados.  Located in County Galway, the third generation oyster farmers have been hand-harvesting shellfish for their customers all around the world for over 60 years. 

The unique flavour profile of their oysters which 'bask in waters that combine the very best of the Atlantic tide with the sweet waters of the dramatic limestone Burren, the peaty Connemara bogs and the rich fields of Athenry' have earned them praise from Canada to Singapore but perhaps nowhere more important than the restaurants of County Galway.  Here, the oysters can be enjoyed in establishments such as the renowned Moran's Oyster Cottage – a thatched restaurant also situated in Kilcogan.
