Awarded two stars in Michelin's 2022 Guide, Liath Restauarant serves seasonal, multi-course tasting menus with wine pairing options.   Liath's exceptional reputation, compact size (just over 20 covers) and proximity to Dublin create sizeable demand for reservations against a very limited supply.  Reservations tend to be released two months ahead of time so February 2023 bookings would be made available from 1st December (check their website for more details and to register on their cancellations list).
