JLL Lists €50m Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links

29th May 2019 – Estate Agents JLL announced their exclusive instruction to market for sale Dublin's only golf links resort – Portmarnock Hotel & Golf Links.

Instructed by the current owners, investment group Kennedy Wilson, to seek a buyer for the 134-guest room, 4 star Luxury Resort, JLL's Executive Vice-President Dan O'Connor commented;
