About the Tannery Cookery School

Acclaimed chef Paul Flynn operates the Tannery Cookery School alongside his renowned Tannery Restaurant in Dungarvan Waterford.  With four decades of kitchen time under his belt, Paul has added TV personality and author to his CV in recent years so a one-day cookery class with him is a unique opportunity to learn some new culinary tricks.

Taking place approximately once a fortnight, Paul's classes are usually on a theme – such as 'Autumn Entertaining', 'Let's do Brunch' or 'Winter in Italy' – and incorporate an element of instruction, practical application and of course tasting. The 'A Festive Christmas Lunch' class in December provides an opportune moment to discover 'creative twists on Christmas classics' in advance of the big day.

The Tannery Townhouse also offers stylish rooms for those seeking a complete Tannery experience – the perfect gift for a foodie!
