About Terre Restaurant

Receiving its second Michelin Star in 2023, Terre – the jewel in the crown of Castlemartyr Resort – is expertly overseen by Chef Patron Vincent Crepel.  Having grown up in the French Pyrenees and trained in the Basque Country (working, notably, in San Sebastian's 3 Michelin Star Arzak), Vincent's culinary skills took him around the world to Singapore, Paris and Switzerland.  

In the Castlemartyr Resort he has created a sublime experience for diners, with a touch of theatre in an intimate setting.

On receiving the restaurant's most recent accolade, Vincent remarked “Being awarded the second Michelin star is the realisation of a lifelong dream and a wonderful elevation to receive from the inspectors. I am so proud of the team and what we have achieved.”
