About Monto Chocolates
Chef Monto Mansour perfected his chocolate making technique with 10 years in Michelin-starred Deane's restaurant and then launched Monto – an artisan producer of handmade chocolates. Monto's delicate [and very photogenic] bonbons are available in various flavour combinations, whilst the brand now also produce delicious chocolate bars and luxury drinking chocolate.
